After stepping away to raise her children, she transitioned into education, spending the last five years as a teacher—an experience that sharpened her leadership, communication, and operational skills in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Now returning to the business world, Lacey applies her relationship-driven approach, growth mindset, and execution focus to building scalable partnerships and driving momentum in all environments. Born and raised in Texas, she brings a grounded work ethic, adaptability, and a people-first leadership style to everything she builds.

Jamie Kibodeaux is the Office Manager at 5R Construction and Services, bringing over 20 years of management experience and two years of hands-on expertise in the construction industry. Known for her strong organizational leadership and customer-focused approach, Jamie ensures operations run smoothly while supporting both internal teams and client needs with efficiency and care.
Originally born in Colorado and a Texas resident for the past 30 years, Jamie values hard work, clear communication, and building strong relationships. Outside of the office, she’s a proud wife of 16 years and mother to an amazing 9-year-old son. She loves what she does and is dedicated to creating a positive, reliable experience for everyone she interacts with.
